SERENA CLUB markets vacation memberships, whose terms and conditions are governed by the contracts previously signed between members and SERENA CLUB at the point of sale located in the Val’Quirico development. SERENA CLUB’s liability is limited to the services included in those memberships and does not include the service or experience provided by the end providers of travel services (hotels, airlines, rental companies, etc.).

The website includes a section that gives access to the platform of a business partner, https://www.serenaclub.mx, which provides SERENA CLUB with booking services for travel services (hotels, airlines, rental companies, etc.) supplied by the end providers of those services. The terms and conditions and privacy notice of the business partner’s platform shall be interpreted, where applicable, as also issued by SERENA CLUB, and for these purposes SERENA CLUB is jointly and severally liable for all services offered through the platform. Use of the platform by users implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of https://www.serenaclub.mx in addition to those set out here.

The conditions and features of vacation memberships are those established in the contract that members sign with SERENA CLUB at the point of sale. These conditions include the rights, obligations and benefits detailed in that contract. In the event of any discrepancy between the terms set out here and those agreed by contract, the conditions of the signed contract shall prevail.

SERENA CLUB shall not be liable for any damage, loss or breach related to travel services provided by the end providers of those services (hotels, airlines, car rental companies, tour operators, etc.). SERENA CLUB’s liability shall be limited exclusively to services whose non-performance is directly and demonstrably attributable to the company. In such cases, claims will be handled in accordance with the procedures established in the membership contracts.

SERENA CLUB shall not be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the website, including loss of profits, business interruption or damage to computer systems. Furthermore, SERENA CLUB does not guarantee that the site will be available continuously or free of errors.
